Network Administrators (SRA)
Network Administrators sometimes referred to as Services Root Administrators are responsible for handling major network issues and appointing other levels of administrators/operators. They also hold access to everything Rizon related.

Services Adminstrators are responsible for general maintenance of the network.

Services Operators
Services Operators are IRC Operators who have extended access to Services and are able to perform advanced tasks.
IRC Operators
IRC Operators are responsible for day to day management of Rizon. They make sure most users and channels abide by general rules of Rizon.
Help Team
Help Team assists users in Rizon help channels, and forums. They are responsible for ensuring all user questions are answered in timely fashion and try to be as helpful as possible.
Vhost team
Vhost Team is responsible for approving vhosts and making sure they abide with Rizon rules.
Development Team
Development Team is responsible for most of the development done on Rizon. Some of the public projects include:
- Rizon's IRCd (Plexus)
- Rizon qchat (qchat.rizon.net)
- Kline Tickets (abuse.rizon.net)
- Rizon pypsd (network service)
- RootServ (network service)
- eRepublik bot
- Rizon BNC bot
Abuse Team
Abuse Team handles all abuse related queries and ensures network remains abuse free.
The team can be found in #abuse or contacted via email at irc dot abuse at Rizon.net
Kline Team
Kline Team is responsible for dealing with Kline issues and concerns that the users might have. They administrate all Kline tickets.
