Kyouka-sama

Kyouka-Sama is one of the most renowned opers at Rizon since 2005. He is widely known for his contributions with documentation relating to network help and also participates in various different Rizon development projects.

One of the main events Kyouka-sama was involved in was that of akill'ing the entire Rizon Network.
