There is no specific topic and discussions varied to why MLP is the best show ever to anti-furfaggotry to Pokemon, 4chan and other general stuff.

He made Pho Operator and Clefable ("rat fuxxer") and Cap Half-Operators. Users who were on #freaks gained auto-Voice status. The present bots were [^_^], ChanStat and FurBot.<br>

It was a calm and peaceful channel for all /vp/ and ironic shitposting discussion, with a fair amount of regular users at the time. History
In late 2011, Duffil created #Freaks, the first channel the small community had. It was a calm and peaceful channel for all /vp/ and ironic shitposting discussion, with a fair amount of regular users at the time. Over time, Duffil became more inactive, eventually to the point where he never came back. #Freaks didn't have any ops, so the lack of moderation caused some problems for the channel and its users.
This was when Bui created the first instance of #furret. Most of #Freaks' users had migrated, and soon enough, #Freaks died. #furret became more popular over time, attracting many users from /vp/ in the process.

Sometime in 2012, Bui and the #furret userbase migrated to #/b/ and #Eevee, whose founders were Kazisho and Kaytee, respectively. Later on the year, Bui made #furret restricted, and it was pretty much empty since barely anyone had ops anymore, however it was used as sort of a "test" channel for #/b/.
In April 2014, when 4chan got hacked, it was revealed that Kazisho is a 4chan janitor. #/b/'s users protested in rage and unacceptableness, so Bui recreated #furret, and everyone reunited there.

Moderation
The channel is light on moderation, as was the case with #Freaks and #/b/. Pretty much any sort of discussion or content that isn't non-objectively disgusting is permitted, but ops can still kick/ban for any reason they see fit. You won't get banned for being a newfag, so don't let that scare you off from joining! There aren't any rules, so to speak.
